About Me
I have worked the last 10 years with game development, covering a wide scope of assignments and responsibilities with a focus on artistic creation. Before embarking on my adventures in the world of 3D I spent multiple years with photography and traditional art, hobbies I still set aside time for in my free time.
My career started as a 3D Generalist intern at Zoink, which later became Thunderful Games. During my internship I worked on the game Zombie Vikings where my tasks were many and of a wide variety. I would work on rigs, animation, lip sync and building environments in Unity. After my 6 month internship I was offered a permanent position at the studio and continued as a 3D Generalist. Throughout my years at Thunderful I have enjoyed working on several projects, all with different and varied art styles.
With my third project, Ghost Giant, I progressed towards a lead role and my key responsibilities started to include planning together with the management team and overseeing the development of art assets. It was a welcomed challenge to look at how we could improve our work processes to better the development of the project. After Ghost Giant I started working as a Producer as well as a Lead Artist on Lost in Random. Having two management roles is something I wouldn’t recommend, but I am thankful for everything I learned throughout the project. For my remaining time at Thunderful I continued working as Lead Artist on two different projects in their pre-production phases.
In total I worked on 6 different game projects at Thunderful, partaking in 4 full production cycles for games released on multiple platforms as well as one released towards mobile.
